To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
An item is non-returnable if not in its original condition; is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
An item is non-returnable after 30 days after delivery.
A customised item is non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not offer exchanges or change of mind returns.
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer.service@ivanui.com.au to organise a Return Authority number and send your item to: Ivanui Pacific, P.O. Box 868, Ingleburn NSW 2565, Australia.
